INSTRUCTIONS

1. Choose which order form you need. (Custom Cupcakes or Cake).

2. Once on the form, fill in as many details as possible. If there is no field for something you're looking for, please explain it in the additional details section at the bottom of the form.

3. Submit your order form and wait to hear back from me for order confirmation. Please note I typically need 2-3 weeks notice for orders. Payment will be due one week prior to your order pick up date.

Ordering a cake AND cupcakes?

If you want to order cupcakes and a cake, fill in the Custom Cake Order Form and add the cupcake details in the additional details section at the bottom of the form.

Ordering a tiered cake?

Choose the bottom tier size in the size field and then tell me the sizes for each tier in the additional details section at the bottom of the order form.
